Our Founder, Evan, has been in the restaurant industry since 1985, owning and running restaurants with his family. His passion has always been in the food industry and now he wants to share it with you! Beginning by just making cheesecakes for family and friends, we've decided to make it available to all! In just the ​past few months,​ the company has reached and surpassed our goals, even surpris

ing ourselves. Cheesecakes are now a featured dessert at the Allstate Arena and we're working on other major partnerships in the Chicagoland area such as our very own Soldiers Field and many others!
