We are thrilled to announce that we have received $50,000 from the Backing Historic Small Restaurants Grant Program, presented by and .

This funding will support preserving Swedish heritage through exterior improvements. Svea is one of 50 historic small restaurants across the country to receive a grant.

Now in its fifth year, the Backing Historic Small Restaurants program has awarded over $8 million in grants to more than 180 small restaurants in all 50 states, plus Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico. We are proud to be one of them!

We at Svea Restaurant invite you to visit us and learn more about how we’ll use this funding to strengthen our business and our community!
