Today is the 10 year anniversary of Burt Katz passing. He was a giant in the pizza industry and his impact is still felt to this day. An innovator in this industry and the king of pan also one hell of a personality. You are truly missed. Comment below if you have any words for this legend.

We hope to see you this week for pixza if you are interested. We make a limited amount of pizzas per day to ensure that the pizzas are the highest quality they can be. Pizza is a lot of prep work and we hope our hard work is reflected in our pizza. We are making 105 pizzas per day at each location.

One of the pizzas out of the new Marsal Oven. We are slowly dialing it in. I was happy with this one.

We opened this last Friday in Lakeview and made an extremely limited amount of pizzas. It took us awhile but we are finally dialing in the oven. We are closed tomorrow but will be open all five days next week. We were able to sell our new Detroit Style Pizza called the Killtaker. We hope to see you next week.

Milly's Pizza in the Pan is the best deep-dish pizza in Chicago and can be surprisingly difficult to get, with orders opening at 8 a.m. every day.
