Joe Beddia was one of the people that inspired me to get into pizza making. Was pretty insane to have him in my shop and making pizzas for him.

This is the new Killtaker our Detroit style pizza. It has a white base of creme friache with dollops of our vodka sauce and pepperoni put on pre bake. It’s then finished with pesto, chili crunch, fresh basil, ricotta, and parmeggiano Reggiano all post bake. We love how this combo taste. They are available now

Today was one of the most special days of my life. I got to make pizza for one of my heros Andrew Reynolds A.K.A THE BOSS he’s had a significant impact on my life. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Trahan Eric Iwakura & and the whole amazing team at Uprise. I want to thank them for being such gracious hosts and for letting me serve up our pizza. A day I will never forget.
