Tested out a new concept today “chicken tips” since so many people are shying away from pork tips Smokin' G's LLC BBQ Catering. Put a special marinade on them yesterday, put a rub on them today and grilled them. They came out good as hell but I would definitely have to buy them at bulk to fill a quarter part or half pan. In the testing phase right now but they definitely may appear on the menu! Today’s smoke 💨 is definitely dedicated to Brother Spencer Leak Jr.

I wanted to take a moment out and thank all of you for your patience regarding Smokin' G's LLC BBQ Catering during this season of relocation. We finally got the majority of the privacy fence put in and some of the smokers moved. Just have to find a spot for each one and debating if I am going to put them on a concrete slab or not. We definitely anticipating being up and running by the July 4th holiday weekend. Stay tuned for the opening specials!!! 🎉🥳🎊
