If everything was as tasty and satisfying as the H͟K͟G͟ ͟G͟a͟r͟l͟i͟c͟-͟H͟e͟r͟b͟ ͟b͟u͟t͟t͟e͟r͟, life would truly be 𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧. But alas, the pure joy of this compound butter can only be found here. Some of the most sᴀᴛɪsғʏɪɴɢ ᴛʜɪɴɢs ᴄᴏᴍᴇ ɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ sᴡᴇᴇᴛᴇsᴛ ᴘᴀᴄᴋᴀɢᴇ! Such is the case with this dessert. Every bit as 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 as what we all remember from childhood and even better, served warm from your oven. Buttery cinnamon and brown sugar engulf these fluffy dumplings and imported cherries in caramelized perfection!

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗞𝗚'𝘀 𝗘𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗽𝗲́𝘀!
A crispy puff pastry base holds tender Escargot bathed in butter laced with garlic & notes of anise and herbs. Explosively flavorful and impressive but so simple it's ready to serve in minutes!

When s͟h͟o͟r͟t͟ ͟r͟i͟b͟s are prepared properly, they need very little help. WRONG! Proper technique (which we lay out in simple form) is essential but it's all about the flavors they are paired with.

These gorgeous ribs are 𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚 in a recipe that bridges delectable Thai accents such as lemongrass, ginger and Kaffir lime with Americana sensibility. (Think breath-taking pot roast!)

HKG's Chive Butter will kick your Salmon up to a level you have 𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 experienced. Savory Chive notes with a kiss of citrus accent a perfect companion to Salmon or any seafood.
Oh, by the way, try it on a baked potato. Mind blown!

The party will really not start until these suckers arrive on scene! 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐲…𝐦𝐚𝐩𝐥𝐞…𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐧…𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭, 𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐲, 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬? Trust me, leave the chips and crackers at home. Walk in with these bad boys and you are the party HERO!

How much more of a classic can the mind conjure up than Perfectly Juicy pork chops, apples and nutty black trumpet mushrooms?
𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿... it can't be done! This dish sings with the flavors of your childhood kicked to the next level by perfectly well thought out techniques that make this dish absolutely fail safe. This is the one to impress. Not only your guests but yourself as well!
