The pattern is for a rug but I chose a dry run as a doily first to see if I could follow the tutorial. The woman had extremely broken English that even captions couldn't decipher.(thanks to the crafters of Tedooo app, after your tip I decided to try asking there and it turned out to be a huge lifesaver. That's how I decided to stay at all and open my own store too, lol) I'm pleased with how it came out though.

I need help. I am not a DIY’er but I need help. I just had this carpet installed, not the best looking but with all the children in my home it was by far my best option. My problem is a plain as plain can be! It looks awful with these panels if that’s what they are called. What can I do to make these look good together? I was thinking about painting them and the walls but again, what colors? I do not have an interior decorating bone in my body. The borders still need to be put back but they are the same color as the panels. Please help!!!!

I just want to thank whoever posted about the mouse and black rice in a mommy-DIY group on the Tedooo app. I owe you big time. I'm having my house painted this week and I was sick of being mortified of my 18 yo sons room!⁣

I am awful but I texted him and told him the painter just swore he saw a mouse and there’s droppings. He comes home and he was so upset and grosed out that he cleaned his room for four hours.⁣

Leaves and texts me he is so sorry he will be mopping the floor in there and he will find it. If I wasn’t so happy and just got all my cups and spoons back I might feel a little guilty.⁣

Oh and his sister is still cleanng her room because she doesn’t want it to come in her room next.😂🤣⁣

We went to our local Japanese steak house. Enjoying my Kirin Ichiban beers, they were going down nicely. Inevitably, the time to go to the bathroom soon arrived. Upon entry, it was the standard 1 cubical, 1 urinal setup. Leaving the bathroom I noticed this beer opener, for a second I was thinking that's pretty cool, then I remembered It was by the exit handle of a bathroom.
I'm not sure why it's there. Did they actually put it there for bottles? they won't give you unopened alcohol so it can't be
Why add it when you have a full size handle right there.
It does say 'open here' can't hate but does leave me with more questions than answers.

Need some advise. We have a sunroom which we use a lot and I love the wood look but wanted to maybe paint it. Do a white and like off white change out the ceiling fans. My question is I think the wood is stained would I need to sand it all and then paint it or is there a way to just paint it. I would have to also do the sliding doors which there are 5 of them.

My son bought a budget house and he just sent me this. They have been there 7 years. I found out today the bank didn't require them to have an inspector. Which he never told me as I am an inspector myself but live 2 hours away.
Sure looks like mold to me.
He said no v***r barrier in the ceilings.
The house was heated with propane wall unit.
