Hey fans! No I haven’t gone missing into outer space… knee surgery has had me out of the kitchen and I haven’t had a chance to make any videos.. I do have some I am working on editing and will post soon!
I will be back with some delicious alternatives to your food palette!

Here is the recipe!
3 cups cooked quinoa (cooked in veggie stock instead of water) 1 large English cucumber 3 sprigs of green onions 1 can of garbanzo beans 1/2 cup of roasted sunflower seeds 1 tosp of fresh parsley Itosp of fresh mint 1 cup of crumbled Feta cheese 3 tosp of Olive oil juice from one lemon squeezed and salt to taste. Chop all your green ingredients and blend them together in a bowl. Add your olive oil and lemon juice, mix together and add salt to taste.

These 2 companies I highly recommend for all my GF friends. The nuggets are Vegan as well. They are made from Jackfruit and taste absolutely delish.
