🍽️ Finally made it to and it was as incredible as expected. After living in Chicago for almost 7 years, it was time!
This year is their 10th anniversary and each month they have a commemorative menu item from the past. For October, the special is their lamb saltimbocca potstickers which was definitely one of the highlights of the meal. Check out everything we tried below:
🧀 BURRATA E HAM: rosemary tigelle, prosciutto di san daniele, apple quince mostarda, prosciutto butter
🧆 ‘NDUJA ARANCINI: sicilian rice fritters, manchego, tonnato aioli
🎃 TORTELLONI DI ZUCCA: roasted winter squash, brown butter, honeycrisp apple,
balsamela, pepitas, parm fonduta
🍝 MILK BRAISED RABBIT PAPPARDELLE: crowder peas, tuscan kale, pomodoro, caprino capretto
🥟 CANNELLONI SALTIMBOCCA “POTSTICKERS”: harissa braised lamb, prosciutto, soffritto, sage, caper, manchego fonduta
🍨 LEMON BLUEBERRY SUNDAE: lemon mascarpone ice cream, caramel blondies,
blueberry granita, cinnamon rye graham cracker
