Check out how I used 🥦MICROGREENS🥦 to turn a dish that was simple and boring into an explosion of flavor!

What you're looking at here is a pork sandwich on a bagel with cheese, pea microgreens and a RADISH MICROGREEN SAUCE!

Making the sauce was 😁SUPER EASY😁 all I had to do was mix ketchup, mayo, mustard, and diced radish greens in a small bowl.

Not only was this food DELICIOUS it was also packed with nutrients. Just one small meal was the nutritional EQUIVALENT OF 5❌ SERVINGS OF PEA!

These right here are radish microgreens that I grew. Not only are they deliciously spicy but they're also super nutrient dense. Radish specifically is dense in iron, calcium, vitamin C, copper, AND folate. All of which are essential to our body's health. They also contain high concentrations of antioxidants which are crucial for cellular repair.

Microgreen bagels are a great example of how you can use these sprouts to put a new and refreshing twist on dishes you may already enjoy.
