This John Deere Model "B" that I am restoring belonged to my grandfather (John L. Lutz). He bought it new in 1937 and it had been parked in an old crib for near 50 years without being started. With a few replacement parts, spark plugs, water pipes, hoses, paint and tires she's as good as new or as near as I can get her. Not quiet done but close , I just wanted to make sure she would run.

Just wanted to let my farmer friend in Florida ( Lisa Sappenfield Boyer ) know that his corn is up and looking good. It's drying up .Nice weather forecasted next week for bean planting.
