Square One Brewhaus Welcome to Square One Brewhaus! SOB is a small little brewery in the Old Town neighborhood of Chicago, IL.

We brew all kinds of beers but there’s a special place in our boiling pot for hoppier styles and chili beers. We've only been at it since late 2010 but in that brief time, we've come along nicely - growing at an ever-so-slow pace. We even managed to place in Chicago's 2012 Winter Brew Competition. We're now brewing 10 gallon batches, we've got our custom labels, custom bottle caps, kegs and a Rand

all rocking' down to a science. So feel free to hit us up, ask questions - or if you feel like collaborating - we're in.
