We’ve received a TON of messages asking about this year’s Sicilian Summer Block Party, and first off, thank you! Last year’s event exceeded all of our expectations, and seeing the community come together for great food, music, and fun was something we’ll never forget.

Our full intention was to bring the Block Party back this year. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing People’s Gas construction work on Nordica between Addison and Belmont, and with no clear timeline for completion, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone the event until next year. The safety of our guests, vendors, and staff has to come first.

The good news? We’ll be back in 2027, and it will be bigger than ever as we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Joseph’s Finest Meats!

We’re already working on ideas to make next year’s Sicilian Summer Block Party our best one yet, and we can’t wait to share more details in early 2027.

Thank you for your understanding, your support, and for making this event such a success. We look forward to celebrating with all of you next year!

As this holiday season comes to a close, we want to take a moment to say thank you to each and every one of our customers for trusting Joseph’s Finest Meats with your holiday dinners. Being a part of your family traditions is something we never take lightly, and we’re incredibly grateful for the continued love and support you show us year after year since 1977.

This season was especially meaningful as we were blessed to celebrate the holidays and our founder (and dad’s) 93rd birthday; surrounded by family, tradition, and the community he worked so hard to build. His values of quality, integrity, and taking care of customers like family continue to guide everything we do.

On behalf of the entire Camarda family and all of the hardworking butchers at Joseph’s Finest Meats, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your holiday table. We hope your holidays were filled with great food, great memories, and even better company.
