David | NWI - Pilates Sculpt Instructor will still be hosting his regular 6 AM & 6 PM sessions, available to book through his site.

Our hearts go out to our community and all of our surrounding communities affected by yesterday’s storm. 🤍

Thankfully, Hegewisch Nutrition has power and did not sustain any damage, so we are OPEN and ready to serve you!

Our class schedule will remain the same. 💪

Today, we’ll also be offering FREE DELIVERY with NO MINIMUM to our Northwest Indiana neighbors. 🚗💚 Please feel free to contact us to place an order—we’d love to bring a little positive energy your way!

Our doors are also open to anyone who needs a place to cool off. If the kids need some A/C, a distraction, or simply somewhere to sit for a while, you are more than welcome here. 🫶
