The smell reaches you before the counter does — smoke, seasoning, and links that have been cured the same way for generations somewhere along a busy Illinois city street. The kind of old-world butcher shop regulars have quietly guarded for decades.

🇺🇸 A QUICK UPDATE FROM PAULINA MARKET

With the recent news about the U.S. increasing access to imported beef, we’ve been getting a lot of questions from our customers about what this means for Paulina.

The answer is simple: Our beef is sourced from the Midwest, and we will NOT be receiving beef from outside the United States. 🥩

Thank you for continuing to trust Paulina Market and your neighborhood butcher. We truly appreciate your support!
