Hours: 40 hours/week (Times vary due to Outside Sales Reps in all time zones)
In office Role/ Chicago West Loop Office
Base Pay- $17-20/hr based on experience
Monthly Call Goal: 750 (Daily approx. 35)
Reports to: Leadership Team

Daily Activities and Responsibilities:

• Check with in market Reps throughout the day
• Make appointments for Reps in off and on-premise accounts
• Call on re-orders, 30 days from initial order, when asked and based on availability and opportunity
• Enter new accounts into CRM Software
• All activity entered into CRM including; Call details, orders, buyers names, email
addresses and notes about the call
• Find new accounts for Reps in their territory using social media channels to identify the best fit for a brand to both sell in and sell out
• Prequalify accounts (current buyer info, contact info, copy of liquor license, make sure
brand is a good fit for the account that will be shown)
• Send sell sheets, pricing, tasting notes and awards to accounts ahead of Reps appointments via email
• Identify gaps in reps schedule and try to set appoints to make reps day more efficient,
route planning or filling in appointments/presentations
• Research, look for new territories and accounts as new Reps are hired (daily and ongoing)
• Reps are assigned to inside team member by Distributor Manager
• Appointments will not be counted if account is already a customer of BevStrat

Incentives:

• 750+ Calls per month earns $250 Bonus
• $5 For every appointment made for Rep
• $5 For every appt where the Rep made a sale
• $10 For re-orders take by phone
• $40 For new order, new account for brand, taken over the phone
