Somewhere between a lemon grove & a sidewalk cart, tonight’s special was born—a beer & food pairing that tastes like summer.

It features our freshly tapped Soul Train: Limoncello, a sour kettle ale inspired by the traditional lemon liquor, with loads of Sicilian lemon puree & a touch of vanilla for an ale that’s decidedly tart—& delicious.

Sip it alongside tonight’s dinner special, Esquites Couscous Salad. It’s loaded with roasted corn, cilantro, cotija, red onion, couscous, cilantro lime dressing, tajin, avocado, & your choice of grilled shrimp or chicken.

That’s how you kick off a weekend.

🇺🇸 In honor of Memorial Day, Horse Thief Hollow Brewing Co. will be closed this Sunday & Monday, May 24–25.

Memorial Day is more than the start of summer — it's a time to come together & honor the extraordinary men & women who gave their lives so that we could live ours freely. Their courage & dedication to freedom are the foundation upon which everything we cherish is built — including the simple joy of sharing a cold beer with the people we love.

Thank you to all who served, & to the families who carry their memory. We are forever grateful.

Two breweries, one mission. Stop by Horse Thief Hollow Brewing Co. on Thursday, May 21, 4–7 pm, for a very special beer release. Pints for Patriots is a veteran fundraising event benefiting the Road Home Program at Rush. We’re collaborating with Open Outcry Brewing Company to create two beers that support life-saving mental health care for veterans and their families. OO is tapping a beer called Home of the Free. Our brew, Because of the Brave, is a hazy IPA. Come toast our veterans & a great cause at both locations!
