Euchre League Update: We’ve Got Legs (and a Confession)

Five months in & Tuesday Night Euchre at Horse Thief Hollow Brewing Co. is still going strong. Time to hand out some hardware — well, gift cards.

It’s gonna be love at first bite when you try the German Jagerwurst collab from Neil Byers & Won Kim at Summer Swelter with The Juke Shakers at HTH—this Sat., Aug. 15, in the Horse Thief Hollow Brewing Co. parking lot.

The two chefs are having a Lady & the Tramp bro-ment over the sausage, which Neil made himself with local beef & pork from the Chicago High School For Agricultural Sciences. Chef Won added fresh dill, b**r-braised onions, quick pickles & a b**r-infused mustard. (Won’s also making a grilled Fire Chicken sando!)

Come for the handcrafted food, b**r & cocktails at 5:00. Stay for the Artisans Market & live music from The Juke Shakers & The Bourbon Belts, 6:30–9:30. BYO chair! (And if it rains, we’ll party inside.)
