This weekend brewing American Dream Wheat Ale for a close friends housewarming/baby shower party. Also transferring our 8% ABV Tri Force Double Pale Ale to start carbing, brewed with simcoe, amarillo, and citra hops. Let brewing season begin!!!

We brewed our delicious Breakfast Stout last weekend, a staple in the Piper Brewing lineup. Made with coffee and chocolate from Kauai Coffee Company and Ghirardelli Chocolate Company. We also started carbing our insanely hopped up Heady Topper clone, an 8.05% Double IPA that smells amazing. Thanks to our helpers that showed up for the brew session and cleanup!

The hiatus is finally over! Piper Brewing Company has upgraded to a bigger, badder, more awesome spot. Can't wait to fire up the kettles at Brewhaus 2.0! Delicious beers to follow...
