Summertime Chi is around the corner and so is festival season! If your business plans to serve food at Chicago’s neighborhood festivals and street fairs this summer, Croissant Sol, LLC is offering City of Chicago Summer Festival Food Safety Certification Classes to help vendors meet the city’s required training and prepare for safe, successful festival operations.
