LISTEN TO JIM CIBAK. ❤️🎗️
For the entire 16-year history of Revolution Brewing, our incredible brewmaster Jim Cibak has been at the helm of every single beer we’ve ever made.
But Jim’s story in brewing goes far beyond his time shaping Revolution into what it is today. With more than 30 years of professional brewing experience, Jim brings an extraordinary depth of knowledge and perspective earned over a lifetime in the craft. He brings an unwavering commitment to what he does, but perhaps more importantly, he brings a warmth and intentionality that makes everyone around him better. His impact has never been measured in beers brewed alone, but in the people he’s taught, inspired, and brought along with him.
He is the kind of person you listen to—not simply because he knows what he’s talking about, but because he genuinely cares.
Early last year, Jim was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a rare blood cancer that forms in plasma cells inside bone marrow. Since then, he’s faced a difficult road of extensive treatments, but each milestone has been a meaningful step forward on his journey toward recovery.
So our staff wanted to rally around Jim and send a little Rev Love his way—to remind him just how much he means to all of us, and how deeply grateful we are for everything he has given to this brewery, this team, and this community.
So today, and always: Listen to Jim Cibak. 🗣️
