Fermentation is well under way for Sommerwind! I chose to go super traditional on the fermentation method using open fermentation. This method dates back as far as the middle ages and brings a unique flavor profile as well as an incredible air freshener for the house — smells like banana fosters in the house right now! 🍻

Ok guys, I am planning to do a few beers this year and I am looking for some inspiration. What sounds yummy to you?

Here are ideas I have:
• Krinkle Cakes - Milkshake Golden Ale with Rice Krispy and Vanilla (Spring/Summer)

• Banana Hammock - Hefeweizen with pungent notes of banana and clove (Fall)

• Christmas Cheer - 2 year bourbon barrel aged winter ale (Winter) (Already in progress)
