Tre Dita is one amazing restaurant. It's a tough reservation to get.

Taste with Jais original recipe. Chorizo soup.
I'm too lazy to type it all out. Just chop up all the veggies and put them into a pot. Melt it down for about 15 minutes. Sear the chorizo and cut into pieces. Add the stock and an additional 30 oz of water. Let simmer for about 30 min. Top with cilantro, onions, and tortilla. Enjoy.
