Year 2 Anniversary Drop 🎉

We teamed up with our friends over at Burdeens to bring something clean, timeless, and built right introducing the Monochrome Brewing x Burdeens New Era caps 🧢

We went with the A-Frame design for this release, keeping it sharp and minimal. Limited quantities available in fitted, so don’t sleep.

For a sneak peek, caps will be available early April 30th in the Pilsen Burdeens location at 6:30 PM 📍 2139 W Cermak Rd

Loaded with fruit, this heavily fruited sour bursts with fresh strawberry and smooth vanilla for a vibrant, dessert-like finish.

🚨 Artist Collaboration Release 🚨

This Friday we’re dropping our first artist collaboration! We teamed up with local artist to create something that’s a true fusion of art and brewing.

Futuristic Funk is built on a heavy wheat and oat base and dry-hopped with Dolcita and Citra hops. We also experimented with Abstrax Skyfarm Series mango terpenes, bringing an extra layer of tropical expression to the beer.

The result is a bright, tropical fruit–forward opening that finishes with a clean hop bite—so you never forget it’s still an IPA.

Futuristic Funk will be available to-go this Friday(03/13) during our can release party. First 100 4 packs sold will receive a 12 x 18 Print of the label design. Pull up, grab some cans, and celebrate the collab with us. 🍻

Finally making its way into bottles . Our Gold Medal FOBAB winner, Eigengrau.

This barrel-aged imperial stout was meticulously blended, each barrel complementing the next so the flavors don’t compete, they fuse.

Aged 22 months in 10 year Buffalo Trace barrels and blended with a separate stout base aged 24 months in 19 year Heaven Hill barrels.

Notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, sweet bourbon, and toasted oak unfold into a deeply integrated, complex barrel-aged stout.

Eigengrau is a collaboration with Neuro Nova Brewing , thoughtfully blended with both palates in mind.

Eigengrau will be available to go starting tomorrow (Sunday) at opening (12pm) in the taproom.
