Calling all friends of Bold Dog, friends of Jerome and Shari, friends of friends, family, etc:

As you may have heard, we will be officially leaving District Brewyards on July 31st, and temporarily suspending brewing operations in Illinois.

NOW WHAT!?
Well, we’re not ready to tell you that just yet, but we do want to invite you to come drink ALLLLLL the beer! Seriously. We won’t have space for it on our so it needs to be consumed!

Join us on Saturday, July 30th at 1pm-??? and help us say goodbye to this city, this industry, and this spot.

and downs but the most important thing has always been working towards our family’s dream. This will be our last version of Elias, our hazy pale ale, before embarking on our new adventure.

Our last Hazy IPA release is this golden girl. Bea Arthur uses a new technique called dip hopping, that helps accentuate pleasant hop aromas while suppressing hop off-flavors. Expect big fresh tropical and blueberry notes from the Vic Secret and Mosaic hops.
