ry one of my photos. I’ve always had a passion for cooking, photography and food, secretly always wanting to be a chef. I write about restaurants, their menus and the chefs behind them, telling the whole story. My past clients have included professional chefs (portrait / in-action), restaurants, wine, cheese and spirit companies, cookware and kitchen products manufacturers and large events such as Michelin Star, the Cystic Fibrosis foundation’s annual Grand Chefs Gala, Bon Appetit magazine’s Chicago Gourmet and Grand Cru events, the annual Food Network in Concert at Ravinia, and I’ve covered the grand opening and special events at Mario Batali’s Eataly Chicago, as well as covering chefs and menus of countless fine dining restaurants worldwide.
