The boosted Rev battery, they really didn't want anyone repairing this thing it was a pain in the butt to remove to say the least. Then they go and use a ribbon cable to connect the cell banks to the bms, this is gonna be one hell of a refurb job.

Kweld to the rescue once again with a custom battery build. Man I love using my skills to fix things. There isnt a thing a cant fix if I have the right tools.

This was a battery fuse that had a bad connection and melted the housing. The scooter would turn on and take a full charge it just wouldn't move when you gave throttle it would just shut down. After fixing the shorted burnt fuse it worked as it should, this is a case where a faulty protection device was the issue.

The old school Boosted Rev they dont make em like they used to. Every single connection is water tight and no room was left for anything else to fit inside the deck. Ill be attempting to resurrect this unit i have two of them so I should be able to make one if not both work again, I just have to revive the can bus battery they put on it. Boosted was one of the few companies that built a new scooter from the ground up using some of the best technology offered at the time.
