Had a fantastic day brewing a 10gal harvest IPA. 5 guys picked hops for 2hrs and had so many that we were trying to sneak them in the brew anywhere we could. Tried mash hopping, first wort hopping, and added pounds at 20 min intervals for 1.5 hours. Thanks to everyone there for the amazing day.
