I am crying real tears. Such an amazing person and inspiration. Rest well Chef. 💔

To Chef Royce’s friends, supporters, and the Soul Prime community:

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Chef Royce. 🕊️

Her love, light, and legacy will forever be a pillar of our family and remain at the heart of Soul Prime.

While we understand that the community may have questions, we ask that you keep our family in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate this immeasurable loss. We kindly ask that you respect our family’s privacy during this incredibly difficult time.

Forever loved. Forever remembered. 💕🙏🏾💕

Hello, I’m Chef Ashley.

For those who are new here, welcome.

I’m the Founder and CEO of Ashley Eats Chicago and Prep’d Up Chicago, where I help busy professionals, families, athletes, teams, and organizations solve one of life’s biggest challenges: consistently having great food without the stress.

Over the years, I’ve worked in leadership roles managing large food service operations, catered events for nonprofits and organizations, prepared meals for professional athletes, and partnered alongside sports nutrition professionals to support performance-focused clients.

Today, my focus is simple:

✔ Corporate Catering
✔ Athlete & Team Nutrition
✔ Family Meal Solutions
✔ Private Chef Services
✔ Operational Consulting for Food Businesses

As I continue building, growing, and expanding between Chicago and Houston, I’m grateful for every client, referral, supporter, and opportunity along the way.

If you’ve worked with me before, thank you for being part of the journey.

If you’re new here, I’d love to connect.

Let’s build something amazing together.
