83.4K tested. 7.4% positivity rate.

The reality is Illinois is out of control and the 2nd wave is easily two times greater than the first. The problem is now we know how to slow down the spread but the numbers are showing a complacency and unwillingness to social distance. Expect more government intervention if we don’t get these numbers under control.
