Chicago baristas, we’re looking for you! ☕️🤎

Kintsugi Coffee Co. is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, personable barista to join our team for 1-2 events per week around Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

Think weddings, corporate events, brand activations & serving up really good coffee in fun spaces. ✨

We’re looking for someone who’s dependable, great with people, and ready to jump in wherever needed. Coffee experience is a plus, but a great attitude and strong work ethic matter just as much!

We’d love to meet you.

WE’RE HIRING: EVENT LEAD BARISTA ☕️✨

This is not your typical barista job. We’re looking for a high-energy, friendly, reliable person to be the lead face of Kintsugi starting at 1–2 events per week.

You’ll be responsible for leading the coffee experience, interacting with guests, keeping the bar running smoothly, and helping with setup + breakdown, including lifting and moving equipment.

You’re a great fit if you’re:
🧋Confident + personable
🧋High-energy and love people
🧋Comfortable lifting heavy equipment
🧋A problem-solver who can take the lead
🧋Reliable + flexible for events
🤎 Hospitality-minded and genuinely care about the guest experience

Coffee experience is a plus, but personality + hospitality are everything.
