November came and went like a whirlwind. So much to be grateful for: friendships, family, lessons, and new doors opening. It was our busiest month yet, chaotic and beautiful in its own way. It showed me the cracks I still need to tend to and the strength I’ve already built. I stocked up on inventory, dwindled resources, and tasted so many of my own creations.
To those that trusted us with your memorable events, thank you. To the friends that kept supporting us and cheering us on, I am immensely grateful.
I’m not even sure what I’m trying to say… maybe that la vida sigue, y seguiremos gozando pase lo que pase porque, al final, no pasa nada. We drank amazing drinks, hasta un poquito de pitorro de coco, y unos shots de Fortaleza. I laughed so much this month, cried when I needed to, and screamed a few times too. I’m learning. I’m here… with a tasting spoon in one hand and a handkerchief in the other.
Thank you, November. December is already hinting at a smoother rhythm, pero bueno… we’ll stay tuned.
