We are ALL set up and ready for Opening Day of 'The Farmer at The Green' at 320 South Canal! 🐝🍯
​Look at this selection! The stand is stocked with a massive 504 lbs of fresh, local Honey Grove raw honey. We have everything from our classic raw jars to the absolute cleanest, clearest Chicago Gold Raw Honeycomb you can find in the city. Look for the 'Honey Grove bee sweet' banner!

​We are absolutely buzzing to be here! The stand is stocked with our fresh-off-the-hive raw honey, gorgeous honeycomb slabs, and those special custom gift sets you’ve been asking for. We are ready to make your Monday a whole lot sweeter. Come say hi and taste the difference of local, raw honey!

​Your favorite beekeeper is officially set up and holding down the fort at the New Lenox Farmer Market! The weather is looking solid, and I’ve got plenty of Chicago Gold ready for its new home in your pantry. 🍯✨
​But first, a little New Lenox trivia for your afternoon: Did you know this town was home to H.N. Higinbotham, the organizing genius behind the 1893 Chicago World's Fair? Even cooler (at least from my perspective)—he operated one of the largest rose and carnation greenhouse operations in the region right here. If my girls had a time machine, they would have been pulling in absolute premium nectar from that setup! 🌹🐝
