* Pizza Quesadilla = grilled flour tortilla with pepperoni, Italian sausage, Roma tomato, basil, pepper jack cheese, and chipotle marinara dipping sauce. Served with crispy garlic fries. Good while supplies last.

= Tokyo Hot Burger. Two 4oz USDA Prime Angus beef patties wood-fire grilled, house seasoning blend, our Tokyo Hot sauce (blend of Japanese and Nashville Hot flavors), Swiss cheese, crispy scallions, sun-dried tomatoes, and red onion on a toasted brioche bun. Paired w/ Della Kölsch.

= Spicy Blue Cheese Wings. Housemade sauce made with blue cheese crumbles, Frank’s RedHot sauce, cayenne pepper, spices, and blue cheese crumble and Aleppo garnish.

YOKAI is a new 5.5% hazy Pale Ale and our first beer featuring Dolcita hops. This HBC variety is an experimental hop from Yakima Chief Hops and one of the hottest hops right now. Described as a potent but pleasing mix of citrus, tropical, and stone fruits with notes of coconut, Valencia oranges, and peaches. This hop plays perfectly alongside the classic citrus punch combo of Citra and Nectaron creating a soft and tropical hazy that is dangerously drinkable.

On tap now + 2/4 pks to-go + limited distribution next week.

June’s = Italian Mac

Elbow pasta, fontina Della Kölsch beer cheese sauce, Italian sausage, diced mortadella, sun-dried tomatoes, pepperoncini pepper relish, garlic aioli drizzle, shallots, garlic, and parsley and parmesan garnish. Very tasty! Pair w/ a Della Kölsch. Good thru June for dine-in and pickup.
