Old Irving Brewing Company is a craft brewery in Chicago’s Old Irving Park neighborhood featuring a variety of house-brewed craft beers, an extensive selection of whiskeys/bourbons, guest ciders, and a kitchen serving wood-fired eats. OIB opened in late 2016 by Co-Founder Jeff Linnemeyer and Co-Founder/Head Brewer, Trevor Rose-Hamblin and from the beginning, their goal has been to create a fun, laid-back neighborhood establishment serving high-quality beers and food.
