= Wood-Fired Baby Back Ribs
Half slab of baby back ribs dry-rubbed, slow roasted in beer, and finished on the wood-fire grill, mole BBQ sauce, jalapeño coleslaw, grilled corn on the cob, & crispy garlic fries. Very tasty and pairs great w/ Della Kölsch and/or Doji West Coast Pilsner!
