We are not the same 🫣🥩

30 days or 60 days? How much dry age flavor do you want? 🥩

The longer the steak ages, the more intense the flavor gets.

30-Day Dry Aged: Subtle nuttiness, a touch of sweetness and light umami. A great place to start if you’re new to dry-aged beef.

60-Day Dry Aged: More pronounced nuttiness and umami, with distinct blue cheese notes. Bold, intense and unmistakably dry aged.

Scott Fader breaks down the difference. Now the real question: Which one are you eating? 👀

Try our selection of 30-day dry-aged steaks online: https://www.allenbrothers.com/collections/dry-aged

Or visit one of our participating partner restaurants to experience a more intense dry-aged flavor.
