The leaves have changed and so has our menu! Come in during our Tasting Room Hours, 2pm-8pm Thurs-Sun, to try out these and some more fall flavors.
Red Corn Red Hook:
This underappreciated neo-classic cocktail was created by Vincenzo Errico at the famed Milk & Honey bar in 2003. Red Hooks are typically made with rye whiskey but our Red Corn Bourbon’s mineral and spice profile shines fantastically against the bittersweet vermouth, and our house dry cherry liqueur.
Hot Hands:
Hot Hands is the child of a Manhattan and a Toddy. Judson & Moore Rye infused with sweet potato brings a vegetal sweetness to the peppery whiskey and joins forces with the delightful spice profile of sweet vermouth. Cocchi di Torino infused with pepitas and bay leaves invoke a nutty warmth that screams autumnal pie. Served warm.
