In the brewery, Head Brewer Brant Dubovick’s focus is on farmhouse ales and hop forward beers. His inspiration for Corridor’s beer program stems from rustic farmhouse breweries, as well as hop forward American trailblazers. Run by Executive Chef Jason Vandegraft, our food concept is a Rustic Farmhouse Kitchen – Midwestern food highlighting sandwiches and artisan pizzas baked in a clay hearth oven, and other artisan provisions.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day a little early at Corridor with a 3-course dinner, hand crafted by Chef Jeff Parkin, complete with drink pairings and a guest DJ from spinning vinyl all night.

We’re hosting this on the Wednesday before Valentine’s Day to keep things relaxed, cozy, and actually enjoyable.

Your evening begins with a welcome sip of prosecco or house-brewed beer, followed by a thoughtfully crafted 3-course menu. Each course features two options—including vegetarian picks— and comes with a drink pairing (select wine or cocktail, or house-brewed beer) of your choice.

To set the mood, a guest DJ will be spinning vinyl all night, serving up feel-good tunes that perfectly match the energy of the evening. Elevated but easygoing, special but never stuffy—this is Valentine’s done our way.
