I took the first photo at the 2018 expo in Seattle. And my family took the second photo last Friday after I got the official offer to be on the team!
After 12 years working as barista, manager, founding manager, coffee director at different shops, I’ll be taking my coffee shop knowledge to fuel my new role in the Oatly coffee channel as Market Development Manager - Midwest.

I’m so excited for this new chapter and I wish all the best!

Also, oat milk and chocolate chip cookies go really well together. 🤔

Last thanksgiving I would have never thought the holiday season would look this way this year. I know it’s a lot for not only me but all of us to process. But I’m so delighted to say we will be doing thanksgiving pies to help make it a sweeter for us all! Because it’s a pure joy for me to join your family tables in this way! Sweet Potato Sunday. What more could you want other than a delicious cup of coffee to accompany it. Honestly fall baking is my absolute favourite. Although between you and me I bake sweet potato pies all year. It’s just too good.

A beautifully spiced ginger cake iced with brown sugar bourbon buttercream & topped with crystallised ginger.
I’d actually never made crystallised ginger, but when I heard the customer loved it I had to add it to the cake. They were super thrilled, as was I.
Fall baking is in full swing and I’m glad about it! 🍂👩🏾‍🍳

Y’all didn’t know but there’s more than one floral designer in the family ... 😂😂😂. I can’t even lie this flower is silk and not alive at all. I also have no clue what type of flower it’s trying to be 😅

Weird day. However, grateful for the ability to move and get some much needed tennis in today. My knee hasn’t been great recently but today I was out there like Serena! 😅😂 is the best man a girl could wish for! Grateful to do all my days with him weird or not. He bring so much comfort and humour to my life! 🖤

I don’t think I’ll ever have the words for what I felt seeing this installation in person. Mainly because I have a close up view of what has to happen behind the scenes for something like this to come to life. Just trust me when I say this is bigger than being a creative genius. This is bigger than our desire to use our gifts for our people. Humbled that God joined us together and that I get to have this mans big beautiful heart in my life.
