Write a caption... Iโ€™ve gotten 2 days straight of ppl reaching out to me to pray over me and give me a Word from the Lord. Lemme tell you somethingโ€ฆit means so much to know and be reminded of how much God loves ME. And He is perfecting EVERYTHING that concerns me. Iโ€™m almost brought to tears when I think about it ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ˜One thing is for sureโ€ฆPpl see the Gloryโ€ฆbut they donโ€™t know the story. To Whom much is given..much is required.

Faith in Him is a Rest. It may look easy but it ainโ€™t. Daily will I Trust Him. Iโ€™m so grateful for God putting me on the minds of His ppl.

NEW CHALLENGE ALERT ๐Ÿšจ 2024
I am hosting another Fasting challenge to kick off the year. Fasting has been a way of life for me over the last year and a half. It was the โ€œcheat codeโ€ to much of my weightloss and mindset shift around food. As we enter a new yearโ€ฆwhat better way to kick it off than with a fasting challenge. New Year New You is a 6 week Clean Fasting Challenge designed with those who have been on a fasting journey (Alternate Day Fasting or Intermittent Fasting) that have either hit a plateau with weightloss, lost their passion and motivation to fast, or simply want and need greater accountability to reach their goals. This challenge is NOW open to those brand new to fasting that want to get started and get the tools and support to help them break in.

This challenge will start MONDAY JANUARY 8, 2024

This challenge and group was created to provide a space to SNAP BACK, REFOCUS, RECOMMIT, and RESET to move you closer to your goals and what you desired when you began a fasting journey!

RULES:
Stick to YOUR fast protocol ( Ex: IF 16:8, ADF 4:3, True ADF, Modified ADF 500 cal, OMAD)
No alcohol
No artificial sweeteners
Track all fasts (Life Fasting App)
Drink minimum 64 oz water per day
Protein packed - low carb meals on Feast days
6-8 hours of sleep daily
Journal Daily ( could be 2 sentences , just journal your feelings, esp on fast days)
Weekly Weigh In.
