It's almost time for our Local Love Fair! 💚🥳

We invite you to visit your co-op on Saturday October 17th to enjoy some familiar and NEW local favorites! Take this opportunity to put a face to the flavors you love & meet some of the vendors who make our co-op a hub for so many local goods. From our produce department to the cafe, there's going to be amazing products from our 300-mile local radius. All at Logan Square's only community owned co-op! 🫶

It’s the start of a new month, and that means we have a new Round Up recipient: Food Co-op Initiative (FCI). You may already know that Cooperative Principal #6 is ‘co-ops helping co-ops’ and by supporting FCI, we’re actually helping more food co-ops across the U.S open successfully! FCI is a non-profit dedicated to working with community organizers across the country working to open a brand new food co-op in their own community. Donations like those from our Round Up funds help FCI provide training, educational materials, conferences, and customized technical support — all at no cost to the startups. If you’re interested, you can learn more about FCI at the link in our bio, and we hope next time you’re ringing up at the co-op that you’ll choose to Round Up for FCI!

In August, our community raised $2,565.49 for Friends of Logan Square Elementary through rounding up change from everyday grocery purchases! With this help, Friends of Logan Square Elementary is able to support school events, arts programs, cultural celebrations and assist with improvement to the school grounds. Apple Madness is HERE!🍎🎉🍏

This October, 16 apples will be going stem-to-stem to see which apple is the best! Grab a bracket between now and October 3rd to play for the winning apple! Starting October 3rd, visit our Produce department to sample the day's apple match up and cast your votes. The winning bracket will be receiving 5lbs of the winning apple and other complementary treats. We can't wait to see which apple will take home the crown! 🍎

In A Pickle is an exploration of identity, pressure and survival. La Lucha Sigue! We had an incredible turn out to our opening party for La Lucha Sigue! It was an amazing chance to connect with the lucha libre & art lovers in our community! Thank you to all the artist who are participating in this month's gallery and everyone who came out to support. But the fun isn't over yet!

Join us Saturday, September 19th for a lucha libre watch party and open mic! We'll be screening legendary lucha libre matches all afternoon and providing space to share what the culture of lucha libre means to you.
