Perfect Char Crust Holiday Tenderloin with cranberries, spice, everything nice✨ Alexa (IG ) has the best Holiday recipe for perfectly crusted, juicy tenderloin bursting with roasted garlic peppercorn flavor. Her secret? Char Crust Roasted Garlic Peppercorn. Add a homemade cranberry sauce for an extra special holiday touch.
👩🍳 Recipe:
For The Beef:
1 (2-lb) beef tenderloin roast
1 package of Garlic Peppercorn Char Crust
3 tablespoons olive oil
For The Cranberry Sauce:
1 cup frozen cranberries
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1⁄4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
1⁄4 cup water
For The Beef:
Let your tenderloin sit outside of the fridge at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 475°F.
Place the tenderloin on a roasting rack set in a pan and pat it dry with paper towels.
Season all over with Char Crust Garlic Peppercorn package.
Insert an oven-safe meat thermometer into the thickest part of the roast and then place in the hot oven for 25-30 minutes, (while flipping half way through) or until the meat thermometer registers a temperature of 125-130°F. This will give you a perfectly medium-rare beef with a deep crust on the outside (it will cook more as it rests in the pan).
Once you take the beef out of the oven, cover the pan with foil and allow the roast to rest for at least 30 minutes.
While your beef rests, work on your cranberry sauce.
Slice and serve with the cranberry sauce on the side.
For The Cranberry Sauce:
Combine all remaining ingredients together in a medium saucepan. Stir to combine
Place over medium high heat and cook until the sauce has turned to a simmer.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until cranberries break down and sauce thickens. If smaller cranberry pieces are desired, gently break cranberries apart with a wooden spoon during the cooking period.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Enjoy!

This Modern Farmhouse Eats turkey recipe uses Char Crust Roto Roast to make the perfect Thanksgiving meal.
Only Char Crust creates our signature crust that Seals in the Juices® so your turkey is beautifully browned on the outside and incredibly flavorful and succulent on the inside. Char Crust Roto Roast makes perfect roasted potatoes too! 👌🏻
Ingredients:
•1 yellow onion
•2 celery stalks
•Turkey breast
•Olive oil
•Char Crust Roto Roast
•1 cup chicken broth
•Optional: yellow potatoes, cubed
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place the onion and celery into a baking dish. Top with the turkey breast, skin side up.
3. Brush the turkey breast with olive oil, then generously sprinkle with Char Crust Roto Roast. Pour broth into the baking dish.
4.Roast turkey breast uncovered for about 20 minutes per pound, or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F when inserted into the thickest part of the breast. 4. While roasting, baste the turkey with the pan juices about every 30 minutes. If desired, finish the turkey under the broiler to crisp the skin.
5. When the turkey is done, remove from the oven, loosely cover with foil and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve with pan juices drizzled over the turkey.
Potatoes: Toss the potatoes with olive oil and Char Crust Roto Roast. Bake on a sheet pan at 350 degrees F for about 30-40 minutes, or until fork tender.
P.S. If roasting a whole turkey sounds intimidating or you just don’t need that much meat, get a turkey breast from your local grocery!

Pulled Chicken Nachos by Meat Therapy ⬇️ Season your chicken with the Char Crust Roto Roast. Place in smoker at 225° for 45 minutes. Increase to 275° until chicken’s internal temp reaches 160°. Pull and let rest for 20 minutes to allow internal temp to reach 165° Shred chicken. Put a layer of tortilla chips on tray. Cover chips with cheese and half of your chicken. Do a double stack and add black beans and remainder of chicken. Put nachos back into smoker at 375° for 20 minutes. Top with your favorites nacho condiments. Dig in! TIP: No smoker? Big thick, Char Crusted pork chops seasoned with Char Crust Original Hickory Grilled by Josh Hunt Griddlin. Can you imagine anything better? On the side, he did green beans seasoned with Char Crust Roasted Garlic Peppercorn and Butternut Squash hit with Char Crust Hickory & Molasses. As always, Char Crust did its thing and created a beautiful crust on the outside of these chops! Then, crank up the grill to 500 and sear them until they hit 140. As they rest, they should hit 145. Smoke the veggies for an hour then sear the the Butternut Squash on the griddle.
