What to do with an overgrown cuke… I stuffed it with a homemade honey ranch chicken salad loaded with banana peppers, onions and celery then topped with parsley, smoked paprika and a crushed saltine. May sound weird but it was really good!

We have a variety of these cookies in the farm stand today. I had a lemon one yesterday and absolutely fell in love. These flavors sound so sweet but let me tell you- they are a perfectly balanced blend of flavors that are just a party in your mouth! Don’t forget, catering is available from Rosalee’s. Come by either location. We would love to see you!

Did someone say bacon??? We have Garlic Parmesan and Apple Cinnamon bacon plus Black Pepper bacon and regular Hickory Smoked. Also, we have bratwurst flavors that are out of this world! Cajun, Beer, Garlic Parmesan, Rueben and my favorite… Breakfast in a Brat- hash browns, bacon, cheddar and maple sugar. OMGGG!!!! Don’t forget the snack sticks!
