Great bulls come from great dams and lot 4's was one the greatest to walk in Chickamauga in our 30+ years breeding Gelbvieh cattle. The DNA color test was not on our side this year with the 954G bulls. Lot 4 is the only homozygous black 954G son in the sale. 534N's coat color is not the only the thing he brings to the table. He is moderate, thick, and square made. He ranks in the top 10% for WW and 15% for YW. He is sired by the $35,000 Kessinger we purchased from Warner Beef Genetics.

Lot 23 is one of the more intriguing purebred Gelbvieh bulls we have offered. It is challenging to create Purebred's with 576N's build. He is so attractive in his head shape and the way his neck is attached to his shoulders. He not only offers a unique look, he brings muscle and power along with it. He is a sleep all night calving ease sire prospect. His dam, J341, is one of the most productive young cows in our herd. Her 2024 Rebel Yell sired heifer was the highlight of our 2025 female sale where she brought $11,000 to the Warner family and is sure to hit their donor pen soon. 576N ranks in the top 5% for BW, 10% for CED and $MPI and above breed average in the growth columns.

There is a misprint in the catalog. He is listed as not homozygous black but he is!

If red hided cattle are your thing lot 51 needs to be on your list! His dam, 873F has been a mainstay in our red herd for years. She has been known for making some of the most powerful bulls in the sale. Her highlight son, TJB Garrett 411M, sold last year for $17,500. We used him last breeding season and early progeny say it was a good decision. Lot 49 is similar in type and kind to his maternal brother You will certainly appreciate the added frame and dimension of these Man O' War bulls.

This is the largest offering of sons out of the great 954G and unfortunately after her untimely passing a year ago there will not be many more in the future. We truly believe she was one of the most unique Balancer females in the breed. While on a visit out west a few years ago we were incredibly impressed with the cattle we saw sired by CTR Net Return 0700H. They had tons of body and mass and these two 954G sons fit that description. 5106N is the moderate easy fleshing kind. With this bulls phenotype and a pedigree full of great cows you will want to retain every heifer sired by Lot 2.

After buying GHGF Landon L706 we decided to use his sire, Riptide, on a few flushes. Riptide progeny certainly performed as expected. These brothers are impressive. 978G has always been amongst the favorites of visitors to the farm. 5112N offers tremendous length of body and plenty of muscle and body shape. He puts it all into an attractive package. He ranks in the top 15% for WW and 35% for YW.

There’s a reason we are still using Rebel Yell, and 3141L paints the picture as to why — the daughters! She has an Abercrombie sired heifer calf that is going to be fun to watch mature.

They are the epitome of maternal, combining the kind of udder quality, femininity, and functionality we strive to produce in our cow herd. And while the daughters have certainly impressed us, the sons we’ve produced have been no slouches either.

Rebel Yell continues to prove himself as a sire that can make great females while still putting plenty of quality and performance into his sons.

The 2026 fall calf crop is a little more special to us. We felt our 2025 bull offering was loaded with quality—so much so that we collected seven of those bulls and used them heavily through AI and on flushes. We only utilized two outcross bulls, one of which is the $60,000 GHGF Landon L706, whose first sons will be offered in our sale on November 7th.

If the early indications from these calves are anywhere near right, I think it is safe to say all of these bulls will see heavy use again this fall. We take great pride in marketing bulls that we believe can make a difference in other programs. We truly believe in these genetics, and there is no better way to stand behind the bulls we market than to put them to work in our own cow herd.

We initiate the 2026 bull offering with what we feel is one of the most intriguing individuals to go across the block in Chickamauga. When you consider his phenotype, pedigree, and EPD profile, TJB Landman 516N offers what we believe is the total package. 516N is a maternal sibling to TJB Abercrombie 4136M, the $29,500 high selling bull of the 2025 offering. 516N is the first son of the $60,000 GHGF Landon L706 to be offered. When we purchased Landon our goal was for him to add some length and frame to his progeny, As you can see by his sons in this sale, he did exactly what we expected. 516N offers added length of body, muscle, and does it all in an attractive package while moving around on an incredible set of feet and legs. His dam 965G is one of the most admired donors in our program. She is worth a trip to Chickamauga. 516N is in the Top 2% Carcass Weight, top 4% for $FPI, top 10% for Marbling, Ribeye Area, and, Heifer Pregnancy, and top 15% for WW, YW, Milk, and $TPI.
