We can’t win them all. This was an ok brisket. It had flavor and smoke flavor but it just wasn’t juicy.

Had some great pizzas in our Ooni Pizza Ovens Karu 12! Homemade woodfired pizzas can't be beat! Also I apologize for my wife putting pineapple on her pizza.

Picked up an amazing whole hog from Lake Howard Processing today. Decided to grill up a couple of chops on the Char-Griller akorn. Used my The Bearded Butchers original seasoning which made the chops perfect!

Finally finished up getting the side fire box on the Blazer. This grill/smoker is heavier than it looks and the build quality is amazing. The cast iron grates are heavy duty which means they will hold heat to help regulate temps and to get those sear marks we all desire!
