We were 1 of 23 farms in GA selected to participate in a "Chicken Dinner" analysis by UGA. We submitted a few samples of our free range, food forest fed chicken p**p to UGA for analysis and they finally sent back the results!

There was a bunch I won't bore you with, but the first page had two really cool callouts I wanted to share. First, our girls are all salmonella free. Killing it.

Second, we were the ONLY farm in the study that had multiple bugs in our girls p**p. This is cool both to show that they are eating a diversified diet, but also to show the predatory insects that are buzzing around our food forest. You may not see them, but our chickens do!
