Casa Fattoria, set in the Mountain Cove Farm Region of Chickamauga, Georgia, was established by Tony and Julie Merendino in 2013 with a desire to produce the finest beef available to the conscience buyer. With an increase in demand of organic produce and grass fed beef, Casa Fattoria’s plan is simple; to effect the soil, grass and livestock using natural and organic farming methods and humanely tr

eating our animals to the highest standard. Choosing to eat cleaner, healthier and procuring meat raised and processed in a conscientious manner is a lifestyle choice that Casa Fattoria can help you obtain. Our cattle are raised in a natural and low-stress environment with no antibiotics, growth hormones or steroids. They are grass fed and grass "finished", or fattened on grass rather than grain, before processing. Casa Fattoria provides six pastures of rye, clover, and fescue for our cattle to graze and roam freely. During the winter months they eat pesticide-free hay cut, dried and rolled from our own fields. Our beef offerings consist of certified registered Black Angus and other excellent beef breeds like South Poll and F1 (a mix of Wagyu and certified registered black angus).
