Mustard leaf! This bitter green adds sharp tones of pepper flavor to any salad, sandwich, or stir fry. The red variety has more subtle taste of pepper and a nutty after taste. While the green variety is potent and has a strong after taste 💚🌱🥬 Mustard greens are a fabulously nutrient dense source of vitamins and antioxidants, including several B vitamins and beta carotene. Beta carotene is a “vital nutrient” that plays a role in protecting our skin, promotes healthy cell growth, and maintain healthy organ tissues.
