Last night, we had the honor of catering a fundraiser for the Big Chico Creek Nature Preserveā€”and what an incredible, special place it is. No cell service, no running water, no powerā€¦ just breathtaking views, wonderful people, and amazing food.

Taylor wedding was a beautiful, rainy dream!!

Taylor has been with Italian Guy for many years and she's such an integral part of the operation.

Her wedding was one of the most beautiful ( and wettest ) we've seen in a looong time!

We had quite the event last weekend!
We were honored to serve appetizers for the friends and family bash - attendance was about 275 guests!

Pictured are Charcuterie boards, fruit platters, salmon dip, artichoke dip, caprese skewers, crostinis, bruscetta, and Paul's mango salsa cups!

We're now baking all rolls in house and we must say, they're worth loosening your belt for!

Pictured here are our basic yeast roll, our signature Italian roll with garlic, parmesan and Italian seasonings, as well as a new addition - brown rolls made with mollasses, honey, and cocoa powder.

Which one would you grab?
