New cider alert ‼️ The Winesap single varietal is back after a 6 year hiatus! Made from all Winesap heirloom apples grown in Apple Hill. Native fermentation in barrels because that’s how we like our cider. This is a light-bodied easy drinker with a unique complexity and sophistication that you’ll never find in the mass produced ciders. It’s just starting to make its way out into the world, but you can come by the tasting room and be the first to get your hands on it.

New cider alert! We are releasing the Manton Blend- and outstanding blend of apples from the tiny town of Manton, a historic apple growing region in the foothills of Lassen. The blend includes Golden Russet, Hudson’s Golden Gem, and Porter’s Perfection. Native fermentation in wine barrels, just how we always do it.
