If you’re new here, welcome! 👋 I help buyers, sellers, and investors make confident real estate decisions in Chico and throughout Northern California, from first homes to investments, and from residential neighborhoods to farm, ranch, and horse properties.
My background is what sets me apart. I hold a Master’s degree and spent years in agriculture, owning and operating a heritage livestock conservation farm, managing dairy farms, and teaching at Chico State’s College of Agriculture. I was also a veterinary technician for over a decade, which means advocacy, precision, and care are at the core of how I work.
I don’t just advise on real estate, I invest in it myself. That firsthand experience allows me to guide clients strategically, not just transactionally.
Outside of real estate, I’m deeply involved in nonprofit work, animal rescue, and raising two kids alongside our full household zoo (2 dogs, a cat, a gecko, and a parrot 🦜). Chico isn’t just where I work, it’s my community.
