We are here for all your meaty needs and will maintain our regular hours; open Thursday and Friday from 8-5!

Half Beef for sale!

$3000 cut, wrapped, and ready for your freezer.

This beautiful beef carcass dressed at 837 #!

Each half yields:
-Approx 200 # of cuts
-Approx 100 # of ground beef

Cuts include brisket, shanks, chuck steaks and roasts, ribeye, crossrib steaks, short ribs (Korean and English cut), t-bone, porterhouse, filet mignon, skirt steak, flank, top sirloin steaks, tri-tip, sirloin-tip steaks and roasts, carne asada, stew meat, bones, and kidney fat!

We have 2 halves available! First come, first served.

We take sausage pretty seriously around here!

Come on in to try a new addition to the sausage lineup! The Fresh Dilly-Ranch Bratwurst! Like pickles? You will love this sausage.

Created by our student employee, Emma Taylor, the Dilly-Ranch won Reserve Grand Champion at the CAMP - California Association of Meat Processors 2026 Convention.

St. Pattys is right around the corner! Try out the Fresh Beer Bratwurst! Corned Beef will be available next week!

It was a pleasure to host Handtmann Ltd for a sausage making day! They make the beautiful machine we use for stuffing all of our snack sticks, sausages, ground beef, and more!
