At Quincey’s Burgers & Brisket, we could take the cheaper route.

Seed oils are widely available and cost significantly less than beef tallow. Choosing beef tallow means a higher ingredient cost for us — but we believe the ingredients we cook with matter.

So, we make the choice to spend more on a traditional cooking fat that has been used for generations and gives our food the rich flavor and crisp finish our customers love.

We believe you should know what you’re eating and what your food is cooked in.
